i feel like we're constantly banging the same drum over and over again. The idea that a person's doing something they love, the idea that they should do less of it is ridiculous. Innovation happens when companies have the freedom to try new things. If 32 hours is not enough, you're going to adjust.

There are some ideas that seem great on the surface, but may lead to a number of unintended negative consequences. This week, Pat, Cody and Tracy discuss the merits (and limits) of a new proposal for a 32 hour workweek as it relates to productivity and employee engagement.
