Is There a Difference Between LN Penalty and the L2 Way?
LN penalty is a punishment where if you put the wrong version on chain, intentionally or not, all the balance can be taken by the counterparty. The one I'm working on is dubbed LN symmetry, because it's a symmetric state. There's another version of it called direct D-A-R-I-C which is in any pre-vault-based penalty channel construction for two parties.
