There's genuine basis to whether you're a morning person or an evening person it'll be biogenetics. People in their late teens early twenties will want to go to bed on average two hours later than somebody in their late fifties early sixties there's a real change. And so if you are a late type and you really got to try and get up earlier then set the alarm use a light box if it's not bright enough outside and you can you can advance the clock and make things a bit better. But look I think you raised another interesting point which is why do we need to depend upon these devices. It's kind of straightforward about how much sleep do I need.
