Sales saw this and back in the day when we could buy lists and just blast everybody I think marketing learned a lot from that. If you have too many sales reps setting too many emails and the response rates are under let's say 10% really if you're doing that and scaling that way you are going to be faced with a huge problem. The biggest problem is most companies don't put any controls on their mail flow because they haven't built anything there now.
