The US Is Banning the Trading of Russian Bonds in Secondary Markets

The US is banning the trading of Russian bonds in secondary markets they've already banned primary markets. I don't know that I would call these next round of sanctions more than a slap on the wrist it was not going kind of a hundred percent but they're more serious. The other thing to keep in mind here is like I said things could get worse and things probably are going to get worse so you don't want to throw everything at the wall right now.
