Three sprays of nitro, point, four milligrams each, right way. Put the mask on, then your nurses have time to set up the i v and run it at at least 50 mikes. Even if, say, half of that hits the blood stream, so let's say 50 % absorption, you're looking at 600 micrograms hitting the blood stream at one time. And then starting the infusion at five makes absolutely zero sense. Most of the time you end up needing to escalate up anyway in these situations.
