Is the FBI a Graphic Design Department?

This past month, something broke in that whole story. If you were to make your way over to their website, you would find a gift that reads, this hidden site has been seized. It raises the question of the existence of a graphic design department inside of the FBI. But what they do probably have is a dude inside of the bureau that loves like Canva and likes to putts around inside Photoshop.
