The Importance of Optimizing Skeletal Health

A 10% increase in your peak aerial bone mineral density when you're young may delay the onset of osteoporosis for maybe a decade to 15 years. A very small change in bone health can result in a 13 year slowing of the progression or the development I should say of osteoporeosis. So it's about preventing a more rapid decay of bone health or bone density as we age, but also optimizing it at key times and optimizing it.
