Patton, arguably, should not have come back after the slapping instance. And I think that's really, really interesting because it actually tells you what the American priority is. It's winning the war, and what they've got to do is manage this as citizen soldiers rather than kind of be led by them. You can argue that he's gone too far, especially with the citizen army, that he's blown it. But, you know, he's fired and re-hired in pretty quick order,. They know they need someone that good. That they can't squander someone with that kind of talent.
