The brain is the most vascular organ in the body. We're talking about arteries, then arterials, which are smaller than all the way down to capillaries. When the blood pressure goes up, once, twice, three times, you're damaging definitely the smaller vessels and nobody records those. You only see that much later when millions of them have been damaged and you see this white matter disease. This is pre or as a big stroke when one of the large vessels is affected. So if there's anything we should emphasize and create a system around, it's blood pressure first.
