L p l is also a major resource to organizers and journalists in the city of chicago. Most people have never heard of shot spotter, or the context in which these systems are being deployed. The problem with shot father is that there has never been any kind of evidence, that, any research, that it actually functions in large cities. And i think this is missis a lot of the negol talk about police tactics, sort of nationally.
