How to Navigate a Break Through Culture?

How to navigate the experience of being in a church where you are going through the process of unpicking or deconstructing, whatever language we want to give to that mof questioning belief. That's a hard one. I loters. Am, i think i don't really have an answer to that. The only thing i kind of thought was to be aware of how break through culture can negatively impact our process. It's very much like one day you'll be like, ah, this is amazing. And then the next day you like, everything's terrible again.
