Space X, Spacex, and the Difference in Decision Speed

Space x has a lot of agility. One of the reasons spaceex can afford to fail is that once you realize you're doing something wrong, you can very quickly change direction and go and do something different. That's because spacex is largely vertically integrated and has a minimum impediment to making changes. And i say that the difference in decision speed was probably the biggest single difference that i noticed between going from nassa to space X. I mean, i think it's been fascinating to watch some of the things that space x has done that are so different.
