Are You Leaning More Towards the Both And?

In ministry a lot of times we get so fixated on the who, because we're often more relationally wired. We create these really odd rolls because of what some people's personal passions and interests are. And so as leaders, we have this dual responsibility, right to both steward the mission of the organization and the people that are assembled here and there. That can be really fun to uncover.
