How to Apply to Companies That Share Your Values
I love that you're doing company research. Even if it's just a paragraph, I usually recommend don't go over half a page for cover letters. A lot of recruiters want people that want to work at the company that where the value is kind of aligned. And so that's why you got to be applying to companies that also share your values. But I think you are just leaving money on the table by not following up even like just following up with a recruiter on LinkedIn saying, Hey, I put in the application a few days ago. You know, like something that's not really meaningful.
