Brian Croft: What does it look like for somebody to be trained for ministry? And is there an academic and intellectual aspect of this? He says we live at a time in which these things sadly have often been divided into two camps. So what role does the church have in identifying, training, affirming, and sending men to use an outline given by a man named Brian Croft some years ago? We want to talk about this mixture and how to maybe sort through that.
