Is Early Bipap Non-Evasive, Safe, or Should We Just Intimate Early Air Ds?

There's increasing consensus that early intibation is not the way to go. My personal philosophy is if the patient is able to come off the bipath for periods of time, i will just kind of continue limping them through. I think vent aduced long injury is much, much more real phenomenon than the whole thing ofpa induced long injury which i'm still kind of sceptical about.
