The Russians' Revisionism of the Bosnian Crisis
Balkan League could be a way to apply pressure in the region without alienating Russia's entente partners. The Russians really like the idea of 500,000 bayonets on Austria-Hungary's flank. This is Russian revisionism after the 1908, 1909 Bosnian crisis. Britain and France had shown little interest in helping Russia in Balkan matters.
