I think it's cool that you all are coming from a young professional perspective as well not somebody who's into the game forever no. Too often majority of american that like i have the country right now doesn't own their own home they're renting and the landlord has control over the situation. I can choose the quality of person i can try to train them and what we expect our expectations their responsibilities so too often i mean we can't just say hey this is bad because the people are bad it's the landlord who sets the stage it's management you know?
