The NSFW Blackout on Reddit
Reddit has banned third party app developers from accessing some of its content. The site's API doesn't have a lot of the inputs that it would need to validate user data. This restriction is creating a disincentive for people to tag stuff as NSFW. It undermines the whole utility of flagging the stuff and making sure that people don't see stuff they were looking to see.
