Is Putin Looking at the World Like a Devil's Advocate?

CNN's John Defterios takes a look at how Vladimir Putin may be looking at the world. He says that in his eyes this is an opportunity to get rid of bad apples as he sees them if they emigrate or keep silent within russia. The war has been one of the biggest transitions over the last 12 months, according to Defterios. And so we may want to think about the war as an instrument of putinism within russian society and in his eyes difficult as this is not a failure but so far kind of bringing success it seems to me possible.
