I know that you feel a lot of anxiety about like, when you're put on the spot. It just makes me feel sad to hear how much pressure you're putting on yourself. And I can understand why I feel so bad that something that on some level brings you a lot of joy feels so kind of threatening to you. If I expose myself enough, then it'll go away. Mm hmm. Some doubts, but. Well, we all do about anxiety. Exposure never looks appealing and never seems like it's going to help,. But I admire what you're doing greatly.
