And I can understand why I feel so bad that something that on some level brings you a lot of joy feels so kind of threatening to you. If I expose myself enough, then it'll go away. Mm hmm. Some doubts, but. Well, we all do about anxiety. Exposure never looks appealing and never seems like it's going to help,. But I admire what you're doing greatly.
