I think we just realized that what had happened, our c f o and our compliance officer, a couple of the other folks were really doing everything. And yet the advisers were out the run round, talking with clients and try to serve them well. So i think i realized these ladies were working really, really hard, but itit wasn't fair that they had such sibility. And so we neede to provide some support. We've always had a leadership board, which is primarily wel not primarily, only advisers and our c f O and our co so that's been something we've had forever.
