Brethalizers Aren't Reliable
A million americans a year are arrested for drunk driving. These are machines that are used regularly to determine whether or not someone has been which it's also just such a crime with such moral implications, right? The reality is that the brathalizer is not reliable enough to really be able to determine with certainty that someone has been actually driving impaired. Sometimes results were forty % too high between two thousand 18 and two thousand 19 judges in a couple of states,. massachusetts and new jersey, namely, hat, to throwh out, like, 30 thousand breath tests after starting to realize these weren't super reliable.
