The Importance of Families

Since 1965, 24% of black infants and 3% of white infants were born to single mothers. By 1990, that number had risen to 64% for black infants, 18% for whites. Black people tripled up white people, uh, six timed up. Six tumbled? Yeah. I think we're on the cusp of going, uh, a flat 50%.
