How Long Does It Take to Practice Light Breathing?

How long do people typically practice before they start to see or feel some results? It really varies, honestly. I've seen people in as little as is two to three weeks see some significant movements in a forward direction on their breath hold score or on that bolt score. So it's just kind of with anything you know, utilize it in moderation but kind of work your way up from there. If you're someone with asthma, probably won't use this too much because the air hunger state can be difficult for them.
