The Importance of Drinking in College

College was her first real taste of freedom, and with that freedom came certain temptations. Kate started wanting to drink on a Tuesday, or Wednesday too, just to break the week up for what she called hump day drinks. She borrowed the concept from other students who did the same thing but we couldn't handle being hungover in the middle of the week. This all built up to Kate ditching us in favor of a much more party-oriented friend group.
