The more exploration you have in whatever area it is, the more connections you're able to establish. If you don't have these kind of moments where you get to step back and explore, yes? And i think if you're a manager managing people, um, it's just giving people the opportunity to have time and space to explore different things. Often, in my coaching practice, with executives that are, i shouldn't say late in their careers, but they have been in the same organization and rule for a long time. Their biggest fear is they're going to get bored doing the same thing.
