"I started asking a different question on stage. Instead of asking a question, what can I get from my audience? What can I get?" he said. "And while people are laughing on stage, I'm actually asking that question." He says laymen should not lead with God's word because everyone has it. But if they use their expertise to reach out and help someone else, the message is never going to be reached by sermons.
