How to Choose the Right Running Shoe for You

A hundred grams on the end of each foot is 1% of energy. So every shoe will compress as you run a marathon. And what you want is that you want it halfway through. It's still be cushioned enough for you. If you find halfway through, it's feeling dead, then it was to the cushioning was too minimal and was too compressible for what you needed it for.
