Is Interpol a Good Place to Start?
The French privacy laws, I didn't realize that they were so strict. If there is a person involved in an investigation, the authorities can't give information out on that person until certain charges happen and then limited information. One of the things that could have a good effect here though is the father has talking about, we like to get Interpol involved. Last year they did 2,162 of these yellow notices for both children and adults who just went off the grid.
