Anne wester: I can imagine these girls, at nine o'clock, finishing up, just going screaming to their local parish. And then they have to go home and do it all over again. If mistresses were kinder and more thoughtful, i think there would not be as much trouble as there is. So she's, you know, probably right. Four if you have a problem keeping servants, like the common denominator is you mistress of the house. You might want to, like, change your style.
