I'd say one book that I've been reading a lot recently, see this one's top of mind, is wherever you go there you are. And it's a book on mindful meditation kind of by John Kabat-Zinn. An activity that I do a lot that helps me is just walking with no phone, no audiobook, no podcast, no anything just walking. That's when for me and everyone's different that ideas start to really synthesize and come together.
