Workplace Stress Model
We've only got so much capacity to, am, to deal with stress, whatever the source of it happens to be. If things outside work are going smoothly then we've potentially got greater capacity to deal with demands from work. But when the balance shifts and we've got more demands outside of work than our capacity to actually deal with with work demands is diminished there's a greater capacity for harm to occur. Sure nosatis got into the senseis even more complicated, because an ther are some instances where people, even if have quite a stress for demanding the home life, they, even if works also demanding, they welcome being at work because there's no kids. People generally respect them.
