Micro Grids

There's a lot of different ways micro grids can get set up and who could own it. Just before Hurricane Fiona hit Puerto Rico, the autonomous off grid solar infrastructure that was built up at the central state point of mutual aid centers across the island kept the light on. I know some indigenous nations in on the west coast certainly have their own micro grids as well. Can they reach out to you? Or is that beyond the scope of your work?
