There's a lot of concern right now about the position vis-a-vis Russia. Do you think that need to keep their oil price low, even if the world prices are high, is part of which driving their strategy with Russia? Oh, absolutely. Both China and India have been beneficiaries of these price caps from the West. But I think what's really interesting dynamic to think about here is that those incentives run counter to Russia's incentives because Russia obviously wants to maximize commodity prices.
