The Importance of High Emotional Content

The only outliers I've ever seen is around category. So they're the ones that I see and yet some of them aren't so, but some of them are. The one thing that changes the game for creative is high emotional content. That's what I put it down to. And I'm guessing that's related to high emotion, but it's high emotion with relevance, right?
