How to Use Precision Fuel Hydration in Running

Going out for a couple of hours if you're not very proactive with your hydration or your sodium intake you probably get away with it. If someone's out for three four five plus hours and doing a pretty poor job at replacing their losses what sort of starts as a small deficit only gets bigger, that's when it can become a real problem. The results are going to be really interesting to talk about in a sec because I was just what I also found right so the two big interesting things I found from doing this test was number one that yeah low sodium loss um which was not which was a surprise to me.
