John Henry Newman was a great Anglican teacher and theologian who went over to Rome as they would see at the time, which means for them it converted to pretty much the papacy. The wonderful thing with Newman is most of his life, a great part of his life was spent at Oxford or near Oxford and it deeply profoundly mocked the Catholic life in Oxford. So you had this fertile soul of Thomas and his understanding and Newman's understanding of Thomas, which I think gave talking a great perspective on what it meant to be a Catholic believer.
