Changing Your Mind When the Facts Change
I think when a culture creates a lot of economic uncertainty and despair, you're going to get these mental immune disorders that cause people to latch on to conspiracy theories. These things flourish in difficult times. So ther's their deep sort of emotional and psychological needs. I think that these forms of ideation serve but if we indulge them, we end up worsening our collective situation.
