A Black Man's Right to Life Is a White Person's Rights, Not the Fifth Amendment

White on black rape was a two to five year crime in ha state of georgia. Johnson faced the death penalty. The white court, upon it, lawyer, got drunkan an augusta bar borrowed paper from the bartender and wrote out a rit of habeas corpus. As it turns out, that's the wrong amendment. Under those stances, the lawyer should have raised the fourteenth amendment.
