The cave man didn't have much convenience for comfort, so he was always looking for it. We've gotten so comfortable and we are designed for convenience and comfort. And when something hard happens in life that's like a four or five on a Richter scale, it feels like a 10 or a 12 on the Richter scale because you've weakened your mental, emotional and physical muscles. So we have to now fight our instincts and seek out adversity, seek out hardship and avoid comfort and convenience.
