The Wisconsin Supreme Court Race and the Chicago Mayor's Race

CNN's John Sutter looked at the results in Wisconsin and Chicago mayoral races. He says Kelly Handley did better than he thought she would, but it was a repeat of last year's race for Supreme Court. Democrats showed that they can win elections everywhere if they run on progressive issues, said Sutter. The GOP should probably curb its enthusiasm over this election season, he added.
