The Impact of Rising Ocean Levels on Climate Change
The Inter American Development Bank has just lent $260 million to the receive city government to help reduce damage from climate change. The front of the street in front of our house has been completely under water four or five times since we moved here. Even with unlimited resources, can receive be saved from climate change? I mean, if you had unlimited money, I guess you could do that. But it looks like part of the city is going to be gone.
