When you're looking at kind of macronutrients, obviously, like the protein consideration there, I'm always telling my clients, increase the protein. Do you generally advocate that it's around a gram per pound of body weight in terms of getting the sweet spot for that body composition? Yeah, look, I think if we were to look at all of the science on that specific topic and we're looking at protein requirements for purposes of hypertrophy, some building muscle, it tends to be within a certain range.
