I've Never Stir Fry, but I Love It
i love old fashioned british cooking and good italian food. And then there's some french provincial cooking, although i think a lot of the contributions of french cooking in the eighties and nineties wer disastrously. I've never stir fried in my lifea, we don't do anything like that. What you grow for home tends to veer in a certain, relatively limited line. As soon as i see the word jou, i run for the hills. It's just not very creative. The term novelty for the sake of it doesn't work at all. You have to be humble enough to learn from your mistakes. So i'm really open to new ways
