Data Platform Team or ML Platform Team?

I would definitely agree that when it comes to more product companies not so focused on AI then they're often, yeah, you're right. There are different types of problems, yes for sure. I was mostly talking about maybe e-commerce who is just starting out so you build out the software which holds your website and then you sometimes even with treat an analyst as an afterthought. That's what I think the process should look like. And the rumors, when do you think like from your experience and what you've seen when it makes sense to start thinking about data platform team or ML platform team?
