CDC and EPA Downgrade Lethal Risk of Vital Chloride by a Thousand Times

A week before this crash, CDC downgrades the lethal risk of vital chloride by a thousand times. EPA then measures the water and tells everybody it's safe to drink, even though it stinks of chemicals. We clearly have a problem where the people running regulatory agencies are not really serious about the idea of regulating. They think they are there to enable and not regulate; we need regulators.
