Sexual Assault Versus Unwanted Touch

The actress says sexual violence happens on a spectrum. The rude language, the crude language and cat calls is on one side. There's extreme harm like jumping out of bushes or forcing somebody to have sex without against their will that sometimes needs to be rehabilitated away from people. But if you start with the premise that you harmed a person and you need to be accountable for that harm, then we can have a whole different conversation.
