Focus in on the Problem

Atom: When you were going to your early wold and you went to your father to talk him about the things that you were experiencend in he told you something to the effect of, don't focus on a solution. Focus on the problem. Because once you focus your time on the actual problem, the solution will pretent it though. Atom: Every day i do an action exercise for at least 50 minutes, where i just focus on all my problems m and i pick one at a time and just focus in on it. And that's why i'm able to do a lot, cause i all these s just come to me like one.
